Whitelisting IP Addresses for SendGrid API Keys

Follow the steps below to whitelist IP addresses in your SendGrid account.

1. Access IP Access Management

  1. Log in to your SendGrid account.

Go to Settings → IP Access Management.

2. Check if the IP Allow List is Enabled

  • If IP Access Management is enabled, you will see a table showing the list of allowed IP addresses.

  • If it is not enabled, there will be no allowed IP list. In that case, the issue is unrelated to IP restrictions, and it must be troubleshooted separately.

Ignore the steps below if it is, and inform us back for further investigations

 

3. Add New IP Addresses

  1. If you see the allowed IP table, click the Add IP Address button.
  2. An panel will open.
  3. Scroll down and click Manually add IPs.
  4. Copy and paste the following IP addresses into the input field: 182.160.155.177
  5. Click Add IPs to save the changes.

4. Verify MailSync API Connection

Once the IPs are added, try adding the MailSync API Key again and check if it works.
